You two really speak the truth of your motto, “building customer relationships first.” During our consultation we knew you were going to be our videographers. You weren’t pushy and we loved the fact you told us up front, you don’t have to feel like you have to sign this contract, take it home and look over things. Call me and let me know your budget and we can keep things in reason. We have met with a lot of other vendors who pressured us into signing. You know how to run a business and keep clients satisfied. Amanda and Ryan
We got married on November 21 and we already had a wedding videographer lined up.  Well 2 days before our wedding he called us and told us he wasn’t going to be able to make it.  Well, I wasn’t very happy and Ryan suggested we look on craigslist.  We saw a few videographers who were charging way to high for what we wanted.  Ryan came across Brett’s and it was reasonable.  We really didn’t know if it was too late to call, because our wedding was in 2 days.  Well Brett came up and he pretty much taped whatever he thought we needed, we didn’t really have time to meet up with him and discuss what we wanted.  Overall the video was more than what we had expected.  We wish we could have contacted him sooner, to avoid the headache of our original videographer bailing on us 2 days before our wedding.
